Who I am
knowing me.
After travelling and living around the world, I have now returned to share with you the transformative powers of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Together, we can elevate your sense of wellbeing.
My name is Harriet. Growing up in Gosport, I started my journey with yoga as a teenager, practising for over 20 years and working for two of the biggest Yoga names in the world.

Whether you are a yoga beginner or a savvy sage, all Solent Yoga classes are for all ages and ability levels, so please don’t hesitate to come along and get involved. You will be gently guided through each and every movement, whilst experiencing a space of serenity and calmness. I aim to help you get the most from your yoga journey, and even offer private group and personal sessions.
