about me.
Yoga has been a transformative journey in my life, shaping not just my body, but my mind and spirit. I began my practice as a teenager in Gosport, and over the past 20 years, I have deepened my connection to yoga, meditation, and breathwork. My journey has taken me across the world—from Bali to Dubai and London—teaching in studios, festivals, corporate settings, and private sessions. Now, I have returned home, bringing my experience and passion to the community that first introduced me to yoga.


Through Solent Yoga, I aim to create a space where movement, breath, and mindfulness come together in harmony. My approach is rooted in accessibility, inclusivity, and empowerment—whether you’re a seasoned yogi or taking your first steps onto the mat. Yoga is more than just movement; it’s a way of living, a practice of self-discovery, and a tool to cultivate balance and inner peace.
